Could a boat motor be used on a Go Cart?

No it is not possible. The boat motor is not configured properly for a GO-Cart and most boat motors are water cooled and need to siphon water.
no… boat engines are designed specifically for water use…not only to propel a boat through the water, but the boat engine uses the water to keep itself cooled.
your best alternative for a go-kart engine would be along the lines of a lawn mower engine..
in the long run… it might just be cheaper for you to buy an engine desinged for go-karts.
