if your serious about track days then your go-kart will have to have proper safety checks etc on it otherwise they wont let you on. if your wanting to build one for the fun of it then use anything that u think will help you, just by your question id of said you can ride a motor bike but dont have a clue about all the technical bits you should know if you were going to be building something, do you have any mechanic mates?? they’d be very usefull
for full kts or just the plans.
